mkhda Store Up for auction is this tintype measuring 3.75" X 2.5". The tintype is in good condition. There is some surface abrasion but it is very minor. There is a round fold on the upper right but it does not interfere with the image. There are 2 standing officers in full dress uniform. There appears to have been blush added to their cheeks. Last week I had tintypes similar to these and a gentleman thought that they might be post civil war from a military academy. I am not an expert in this area so any thoughts from the community are certainly welcome. I have another military tintype that I am also listing tonight.
